We act on both sides of private transactions: investors looking for exposure they cannot buy on an exchange, and companies looking for capital that suits their stage and their ownership.
No screen quotes a fair value for a private company or a bilateral loan. A view on price, structure, and counterparty has to be built from the documents, the accounts, and the diligence. We work with allocators seeking access to these transactions and with businesses seeking capital that fits where they are.
Commitments in private markets are usually illiquid and measured in years. Once capital is drawn there is rarely a graceful way to change your mind, which is why the underwriting, the alignment between manager and investor, and the governance rights attached to the money all have to be settled before anything is signed.
We can talk through where a private allocation would sit alongside what you already hold.
